20 Aug 2015 – YPG commander Lawend Rojava: Syrian regime should not be part of a Turkish plot against our forces. –  He says they are following meetings between Iran, Syria, and Turkey closely. He also said that the liberation of Manbij was the main reason for the clashes, because the Syrian government is not happy and want to stop the campaign by the SDF forces (source: ANHA) www.mesop.de

Kurdish news agency ANHA reports this morning that clashes continue in Hasakah city and says Syrian NDF militia is backed by Hezbollah, and Iran. Also in April Qamislo clashes a few months ago, Kurdish fighters suspected Shia militia snipers were involved in the fight, since the snipers ‘were better than usual’.
