Ocalan says Lala Zana should be a member of Kurdish delegation

2 Dec 2014 – Kurdpress – The jailed leader of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) Abdullah Ocalan said Kurdish prominent politician Leyla Zana should be a member of the delegations that meet him in Imrali prison, Haber7 said in a report.

The delegation who pays visits to Qandil Mountains in Kurdistan Region and Imrali Prison in line with peace talks between the PKK and Ankara government said in a statement that Ocalan has asked for the inclusion of the Kurdish politician and parliament deputy in the talks and as a member of the delegation who often meet him. Zana is to play the role of international ring of the delegation and as the president of international conferences and meeting in Kurdistan Region. Ocalan said in a Saturday meeting that Zana, who has already visited Ocalan two times in the prison, should be a member of the delegation.
