15.03. 2013 – A CONTRA HAS BEEN PUNISHED – On 12 March at around 11:00 hour, a member of the ‘Dagger Team’ and a Village-guard, Mehmet Sait Coskun, who participated in martyring many of our comrades, has been shoot and killed by our guerrillas.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – STATEMENT ON THE MATTER OF PRISONERS
According to claims put forward in reports given out by some of the media outlets that we have some other prisoners other than those we have had freed. We, as the HPG, announce that we do not have anyone under our custody as a prisoner statue. Yet, there are 3 people in our custody, who have been arrested due to their criminal activities against our people. And, their legal procedures are continuing under the Law of Regulations of the KCK. There is nobody in our custody under the prisoner’s statues.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – MILITARY OPERATION AT SEMZINAN AND, ARTILLARY ATTACK ON ZAP REGION
1- On 14 March in between 05:00-06:00 hour, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation in the surrounding areas of the Villages of Nehre and Derya, in the district of Semzinan/Hakkari.
2- On 13 March in between 16:00-18:00 hours, the occupier Turkish state army carried out artillery bombardments on the area of Sehit Karwan/Region of Zap/the Medya Defense Areas.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – ONE OF OUR COMRADE HAS BEEN MARTYED
AS A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT
On 25 February, one of our comrades, Zilan (Saniye Encu), has been martyred as a result of an unfortunate accident occurred in the Medya Defense Areas.

Our comrade Zilan has been positioned herself as a Kurdish female and a women of Roboski with fedaiin spirit and self-sacrificing within the guerrilla ranks since she participated until the minute we lost her.
We believe the people of Kurdistan and Mothers of Roboski will make the memories of comrade Zilan as the Spirit of Resistance for the Newroz 2013. As friends of comrade Zilan, we will owe her demands and dreams of freedom and, following the path our comrade was following. We bow with all our respect before memories of our comrade.

On 13 March in between 08:30-09:30 hour, the occupier Turkish state army carried out artillery bombardments on the Villages of Talisa and Erbis, and the Hill of Guvenlik, in the district of Cukurca, Hakkari.
