Four PKK Commanders Killed in Last Friday Clash with Peshmerga – The party refuses to announce the deaths
8 March 2017 – MESOP /BASNEWS – Four military commanders of Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) have been killed during the Friday confrontations with the Kurdish Peshmerga forces near Sinjar, said a source. The PKK has so far refused to announce the death of its four commanders, the source, who wished not to be identified. The real names of the killed PKK commanders is unknown, but they are known by nom de guerre (Chako, Orhan, Firaz and Tekoshin). They are all from the Kurdish areas of southeastern Turkey, according to the source.
Before being deployed to the suburb of Sinjar, Chako and Orhan have served in Qandil and Khwakurk bases of the PKK in Kurdistan Region. Earlier on 3rd of March, a group of PKK-affiliated fighters, known as Sinjar Resistance Units (YBS), attacked the Roj Peshmerga forces in Khansor subdistrict of Sinjar. Labeling Iran’s Revolutionary Guard – Why Trump Should Designate It a Terrorist Group
By Mark Dubowitz and Ray Takeyh – 8 March 2017 – Last month, the Donald Trump administration noted that it was contemplating whether to designate Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a foreign terrorist organization, a State Department listing that includes Hamas, Hezbollah, the Islamic State (also known as ISIS), and many other groups. But the administration’s critics decried even this as an unwise provocation, despite the fact that the United States has for the past three decades officially denounced Iran as the leading sponsor of terrorism. What’s more, in 2007, a number of Democratic and Republican politicians, including then-Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, cosponsored a bill known as the Iran Counter-Proliferation Act that called on the administration of U.S. President George W. MESOP IRANIAN KURDISTAN : 8 March 2017 – In a joint press conference, Iranian Kurdish opposition parties based in Iraqi Kurdistan called on Iraqi parliamentarians to oppose a bill that calls for their expulsion from Iraq. The Pro-Iranian block in the Iraqi Parliament State of Law headed by former Prime Minister Noori Al Maliki proposed the bill.

The first meeting between Turkish, American, and Russian military commanders over Syria’s conflict has ended in discord, with Ankara criticizing Washington for its support of the Kurdish YPG militia.The discussion between the Chiefs of Staff of the military — Turkey’s Hulsi Akar, the US’s Joseph Dunford, and Russia’s Valery Gerasimov — was seeking agreement on an offensive against the city of Raqqa, the central Islamic State position in Syria. But “a senior Turkish official” said afterwards that the US appeared to have decided on the involvement of the YPG, the leading group in the US-supported Syrian Democratic Forces, in the operations.Turkey has insisted that the YPG be excluded from any offensive. 2017-03-07 23:10 GMT – Stockholm (AINA) — Cypriotic state broadcaster CYBY has announced it will air the documentary film “Seyfo 1915 – The Assyrian Genocide” on March 8 on the RIK2 channel. The documentary had its premiere in 2015, marking the centennial commemoration of the Assyrian genocide. The film sparked headlines in 2016 when it was revealed the Turkish embassy in Sweden had tried to persuade Swedish channel TV4 not to air it (AINA 2016-04-26). The official turkish policy is built on denial of genocide claims by Assyrians, Armenians and Greeks.

Es war einmal, doch das ist lange her, da glaubte man noch daran, dass es in der Philosophie so etwas wie einen heiligen Text geben könne. Walter Benjamins letzte Aufzeichnungen „Über den Begriff der Geschichte“, die „Geschichtsphilosophische Thesen“ genannt wurden, sind ein solcher Text. Benjamins hatte seine Thesen ausdrücklich nicht zum Druck bestimmt, nachdem sie dann jedoch 1943 aus dem Nachlass veröffentlicht waren, begannen sie eine Karriere, die ihren Höhepunkt in der Epoche der großen marxistischen Theoriebildungen der sechziger und siebziger Jahre erreichte. Ausgerechnet heute scheiterten aus formalen Gründen beim Gericht (vorerst) die Frauen der Greifswalder Ernst-Moritz-Arndt Universität mit ihren leidenschaftlichen Protesten gegen den Namensgeber der Akademie, den sie ersetzen möchten durch schlichtere, aber genderkorrektere Gemüter wie Malala oder wie Mukhtaran Mai aus oder eben auch vorschlagsweise Arundthati Roy, die heute im besten Viertel Londons logiert.
Sein muss das aber nicht, denn alle diese restlos auszumerzenden alten Weißen sind den Jetzigen politisch Korrekten im Grund unbekannt. So wie neulich jene junge Studentin (Jürgen Kaube /FAZ) die auf Befragen, wer denn der Namensgeber der Heinrich Heine Universität sei, zu sagen wußte: „Keine Ahnung ! ….. irgend son Toter!“
Im progressiven Klima der Entgrenzung + Verflüchtigung ist das schwache Gehirn bereits gegen jede ungute Versuchung dauerhaft gefeit. Es erinnert nichts, sondern wird stochastisch geleitet.
