December 25 – Days after the completion of removals from opposition areas of Aleppo city, Russian and regime warplanes have renewed airstrikes across northwest Syria, raising concerns of a ground offensive. There were attacks across western Aleppo Province, where many civilians were taken from Aleppo city over the last 10 days. Videos showed Russian night-time assaults, reportedly with cluster bombs, on areas such as the town of Khan al-Asal. Witnesses said Hreitan and Anadan were also bombed. 25 Dec 2016 – Though numerous militias exist on the regime side in Syria, only a few have garnered wider media attention. The most notable of these few groups is of course the National Defence Forces (NDF), set up as a counter-insurgency and auxiliary holding force in late 2012 with help from Hezbollah and Iran. The NDF has centres throughout the Syrian provinces where the regime still maintains a viable presence and remains an important force. Another group that garnered attention was the Coastal Shield Brigade (Liwa Dir’ al-Sahel), set up in 2015 as the regime experienced substantial losses in Idlib province and the Homs desert to the rebels and the Islamic State (IS) respectively. The ‘shield’ aspect reflected a broader shift in the strategic thinking at the time, in which the emphasis shifted to defending vital areas amid exacerbating manpower problems. The Iraqi forces (ISF) cleared the Police Academy and vehicle registration directorate building north of Mosul. The ISF had not done anything in that sector since December 5 when three villages were freed. Northern forces were supposed to organize to take the town of Tal Afar in the west and attack the northern neighborhoods of Mosul in November, but have been stalled. Speaking to BasNews, head of Brotherhood and Coexistence Faction in Nineveh Provincial Council said that after the Turkish Army’s threats to shell the PKK bases near the town of Sinjar of Nineveh province on the Iraq-Syria border, the forces have moved their bases to the IDP camp on Sinjar Mount. The defeat of the Islamic State coincides with the emergence of a series of crises for the Kurdistan region of Iraq that were postponed by the arrival of the fight against Islamic State extremists. These problems include territory disputes between the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and Baghdad, internal rivalries between Kurdish factions, internal controversies over independence, Iranian and Turkish pressures, an economic crisis, and the massive challenge posed by an influx of refugees. The war on IS united many factions, bringing in foreign military and economic assistance, however it also accelerated and highlighted problematic issues in Iraq, such as the ascendency of Shi’i militias, which pose a challenge for the otherwise successful and stable Kurdish region. ….. da können heute NEW YORK TIMES & WASHINGTON POST schreiben, was sie lustig sind : sie führen nur noch ein Selbstgespräch.
Fast alle Leitmedien der USA erfahren schmerzlich, daß 95 % der Gesellschaft sie überhaupt nicht zur Kenntnis nimmt. Twitter aber schon.
Im Anschluß an eine vulgäre Rezeption Gramscis und in Folge der dekonstruktivistischen Intellektuellen Frankreichs, die sich den historischen Alp des Materialismus vom Hals schaffen wollten – samt Arbeiterklasse + Massen – hatte man sich damit getröstet, stattdessen eigentlich ja „nur“ die argumentative Luftüberlegenheit gewinnen zu müssen: auch Diskurshegemonie genannt .
Wer das Sagen in den Medien hat, liegt nicht nur plötzlich auf Siegerlinie, sondern erspart sich auch alle möglichen hartleibigen Kämpfe dort, wo Marx das „fundamentum in re“ („Gegründet in der Sache, d. h. aus der Seinsweise der Sache selbst folgend, nicht ihr angedichtet o.ä.“) geortet hatte.
Man mußte nun postmodern nur noch „das Wort haben“, schon hatte man das Ding. Den Kapitalismus und all evil einfach nur nominell umdekorieren, schon galten Fluch & Schwerkraft der Materie nicht mehr. Somit ging es dann los mit dem Umbenennen, Neubenennen, Kleinreden, dem Schön- & Wegreden. Woran sie alle Fraktionen auch unisono beteiligt waren: Tonio Negristen, Dekonstrukteure, Postmoderne, Pro Israel Linke – wesentlich sogar auch die traditionelleren Gemüter.
Vollzog jetzt die EU-Kommission einen satzungswidrigen Schuldenerlasse für Griechenland oder andere, hieß das nun nur noch: „Brüssel paßt sein Schuldenmanagement an“.
Post truth / post factum: das ist avancierter Gramsci via Baudrillard und Derrida: die Sprachcodes dienen nun nur noch dazu – die Vergangenheit weit übertreffend – als systemische Totalideologisierung der Verhinderungder Möglichkeit nahezu jeder faktisch Prüfung des sprachlich Verhüllten. Der tumbe MOB nennt das unbeholfen „Lügenpresse“ – wofür er absichtlich unaufgeklärt obendrein noch einmal mehr der Dummheit beschuldigt wird.
Alles schien doch so einfach und schön und richtig magisch wirkungsvoll . Jeder konnte reden – keiner musste Verantwortung dafür übernehmen. Die Massen aber – die sollten staunen + einfach alles adaptieren.
Nun aber, ausgerechnet auf der Höhe von Silicon Valley und bei fortgeschrittenem digitalisierten Kapital ereignet sich Gramscis Petrifizierung : der Diskurs ist pur-narzisstisches Eigengeplauder linksliberaler Schemen samt den mediokren Transformations- und Funktionseliten, die jetzt merken müssen, daß sie wenig davon haben, wenn sie nur sich selber lauschen.
Die Massen demonstrieren nicht mehr massenhaft (Parole 1968) – sie hören massenhaft nicht mehr zu und tummeln sich woanders.
Ausreichend Grund für jeden kleinen Heiko Maas, das alles irgendwie zu verbieten.

Asylbewerber Tausende türkische Kurden suchen Schutz in Deutschland
25 Dec 2016 – FAZ – Die Zahl der Asylbewerber aus der Türkei in Deutschland ist stark gestiegen, vor allem Kurden reisen ein. Einen Zusammenhang zu verstärkten Repressionen nach dem gescheiterten Putschversuch sieht die Bundesregierung aber nicht. Immer mehr Türken suchen Asyl in Deutschland, der Großteil von ihnen ist kurdischer Abstammung. Das geht aus einer Antwort der Bundesregierung auf eine Parlamentsanfrage hervor, aus der die Zeitungen der Funke Mediengruppe zitierten.
